This is me a few years ago with my fiancee Mary, ya I know a little homely but she loves me no matter what :-) That's my fiancee Mary. We've been together now just over six years. Yes I said fiancee, and yes we've been together over six years. So when are we getting married? The answer to that is anyones guess. We've decided to take our time, you don't want to rush into this things. So don't get your panties in a bunch, it'll happen some day and if your lucky enough . . . you'll get invited :-)

Born in 1965
Man that was a great year wasn't it? The day Lucien Nicholas Schmit II (you can see why I go by Nick) was brought into this wonderful world to enlight and brighten your lives liek you've never known before. Well ok, I was born and your lives didn't change much. I was born a week before Christmas, lucky little devil huh? Not actually, kinda spoils the whole gift giving thing. Get alot of those here's yoru Birthday slash Christmas gift LOL. Not sure I've gotten over that still to this date. I vote we move Christmas to January.

Joined the U.S. Army
June of 1983 joined the U.S. Army and headed for Fort Dix, N.J. 8 weeks of Basic and 8 weeks of AIT (Advanced Training). Spent the next ten years in Germany, Kansas, North Carolina and Iraq. Echo Tango Suitcased in July of 93. That's 10 years, 1 month and 17 days of active duty. Thought I'd life it but unfortunately I didn't finish high school, nor graduate college so couldn't make staff sergeant. So got otu and sold art instead.

Some where along the line
I found my interest in comptuers and dug my heals in day and night learning as much as I could about this silly little and expensive new toy of mine. It was a wopping 7.5Mhz with two 5 1/4 floppy drives. It was awesome. And it only cost just under a grand. Got it before getting out of Army. Hook, line and sinker I went and well here I am today. I own my own comptuer repair store in Stayton, Oregon. Been there now just over 4 years and still managing to keep my head above water. I repair PC's, design and host web sites and ecommerce stores. Ah life is good.

I have a beautiful fiancee of six years, and four awesome children. Two sons, one 26 and one 12. Two daughters, one 22 (just married last month) which means picked up another son who's 21, and one 15. To look back now, I can't says as I could have done any better with my life the way it's turned out so far. So hang with me and let's see what the future brings.

Oh and I love to play with PSP, it is one of my most precious tools I use for web design. And now with the members of pspuremagicians, I'm learning to play and have fun with it too! Thanks for checkin in and hope to see you around.
